"LEMON SUITE” has been shot in the north of Italy on the Western Alps, in the district of Verbano Cusio Ossola,
In this place it’s located an important “Palissandro quarry” (dolomia) a millenary quarry whose material was used for some historical monuments in Lombardy and in its bordering regions all along the past centuries. Palissandro is a unique material and this is the only quarry in the world.
Historical documents witness how these marbles of “astonishing whiteness” were used to build Pavia’s Cathedral and the Arch of Peace in Milan, documenting with extreme precision the great technical knowledge of the men that along the centuries, in these places, transformed quarrying and manufacturing marble in a true art.
In this beautiful place Ching Chen and Isa Siyi Xiong performed “Lemon Suite”.
